Anyone for hypothermia?

I am very displeased with the hot water status at my apartment recently. It seems like every morning it is a coin toss as to whether or not I will have hot water for my shower. And I am getting very tired of this game. The answer when I call the management answering service (since the actual office for my complex doesn't open until 9, and I am almost always gone before then)? "They are aware of the problem and will fix it." So I asked, do you have any idea when they will fix it? Because it has been doing this off and on for about 2 weeks. "No. We have told them about the problem and they said they will fix it." Such a helpful response. Of course I know it's not the answering service's fault. But I am still annoyed to say the least. The first time it happened I thought that maybe there were just too many people using hot water at the time for it to keep up. But the second time it was 6am on a Saturday. Not likely that there were too many people taking showers, doing laundry, or washing dishes at that time....
